
I've never had a single technical problem with the service, I've had it for about 14 months. But for the last month I've been trying to get through to the cancellation line to get a FUCKING MAC CODE! As I want to switch to Sky broadband/Talk/TV.
I'd had enough, did some searches and found those email addresses on another forum, they've worked. They're going to sort out the MAC code and reimburse my phone calls to their 'customer service' line.
In my original email I also told them that I'd registered a complaint with ispa.org, which I have.
