I think it’s a good idea
European countries could meet to try to remove customs and excise and harmonise their taxation and product standards between these neighbours, all these things that hold back trade, and they could allow freer movement of labour so individual countries don’t suffer skills shortages, and even allow people reciprocal rights to settle where they want. Wouldn’t that be great? It has so much upside lm surprised Britain didn’t propose it earlier
