I think I'm thinking of the wrong broadhaven bay.
If you were at the one near Pembroke it would be impossible to.miss. I just checked the map and saw there's at least two of em.
I recommend going down there. It's about 300m off the beach and quiet photogenic.

I can't see any other ones?
But looking around on Google maps I've just seen quite a few cool little islands that I'd love to attempt a drone flight to.
Edit: Broad Haven South Beach is what you're thinking of, it appears.
