If it was revealed that Huw Edwards or Philip Schofield had been sending a BBC car to pick up a 16 year old boy from his school so that he could be brought to them for sex?

IIRC Schofield was using an itv car to ferry his teenage friend around. No laws were broken.

Edwards is merely suspended on full pay because diddums got the boohoos, the poor lamb. He’s weeping all the way to the bank. I foresee a big payoff for him too.

So of the two, Phil was way harsher treated.
