This is a link post One Pull Up Day D-Day. I made this!
Today is the day of the one pull up. Awful night's sleep - I imagine this is how footballers feel before the FA Cup final. Whatever happens today I have absolutely loved training for this one pull up. I'd go so far as to say it's been transformational and I've never been so committed to something so seemingly pathetic. Anyway I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is a slightly chubby, out of shape, and looking for a moderate, but obviously epic, challenge. Thanks for the support (from most of you!). That's been the best part really - chatting pull ups, and general 'getting older' advice over the DMs etc. Cheers. Simon
