I remember having to choose a hosted server, and one had some "Best server award" or similar.
Curious, I looked up the award which had very few details on its website, but it did have a company name which I looked up. It shared the same registered address as the company that offered the server. I've since seen numerous examples of similar across a range of products, like insurance. If you want an award just create one and award yourself it.
