Why is it so important that so many express a tedious or unfunny opinion about comedians who are gay or have had mental health issues?
Can't we go back to olden times, when people were better?

I dislike Joe Lycett for the same reason I dislike Royston Vasey and Ricky Gervais. They're cunts.
Are you suggesting that a comedian's sexual preferences and/or mental health status should be taken into consideration before appraising them? Or that we shouldn't criticise people that happen to be gay/mentally ill at all?
I only ask because (believe it or not) I have more gay friends than straight, and the ones that have formed an opinion of Lycett seem to think he's a cunt, too.
