My house was previously owned by an shut-in alcoholic who ended up dying inside the property.
The place was tidier than this, but probably in overall worse condition. This is what the toilet looked like. The rest of the house wasn't much better. Got it at around £30k below market value because nobody else wanted to touch it. It's lovely now.
I reckon this place would have similar potential if it wasn't situated in Sunderland.

i got my place cheap too because of a shit smell in the kitchen, but it was careless baby changing rather than than that abomination of a dunny. I didn't mind as I planned to rip it out any anyway and replace it with the bestest kitchen 3000 quid would buy
