Quite the most ridiculous piece of political correctness I've ever encountered.

I saw this on the news last night
I can't view it at work so not sure if its the same report- but if not they interviewed this green haired harpie student woman. The reported asked her "is it political correctness gone mad" And she told him you can't say that as it is offensive to mad people. Or something like that.
Genius.

I think it is the same one, yes
but I can't view the clip either. But yes I saw green-haired woman on the news last night and had what I can only describe as a Wogan-esque vitriolic rant at the TV screen.
Although I did love Annabel Tiffin's line when they returned to the studio that "I can hear the emails being typed even now".

It's still not as funny as...
...the Met Police being sued by their Head of Diversity.

They really missed a trick there.
Something like this would have been far better.
(from here, which is very glassus phallus)
