Thas good, but,
he's wearing jewellery while he's doin that! Not hygenic!
Also, he forgot the 'oysters' under the bird near the legs, best bit of the entire bird IMO!
Still, I like the whole concept and general advice there, it's summat I'm never sure how to do right.
