"For the first time in almost two decades of UNEP's International Children’s Painting Competition, original artworks have been selected from nearly 200,000 entries for this exhibit and auction.
This unique collection gives insight into children's vision, fears and hopes for their future, and it provides a valuable chronicle of the environment as seen through the eyes of children.
These paintings are, in essence, the voices of the children calling out to the rest of society to unite, act and ensure their future on this planet."
The 1st Prize: Gloria Ip Tung, 14, China looks somewhat familiar.
