I saw the exact same thing once only in a narrow hall. My reaction was to draw breath and slap my hand before my mouth. I couldt decide if i should tell the boy to get down NOW - running the risk of spooking him and making him fall, or do nothing and let him climb higher - and hurting himself more when falling. Well, he fell, and his mum looked around and told him to get up and just because he was wearing his spiderman pyjama's didnt mean he was spiderman :-)
