1 Rosetted Tory and 1 Rosetted Liberal
Every other voter clearly thought they were obliged to give their number. I was intending to ask the large Tory man why? but he left me to the little old seated Liberal lady - 'Can I have your number?' 'No'. She seemed hurt :(
