there was a rosetted Tory at my poll, who I politely refused to give my number to.
But he was inside the building, albeit in the foyer, not in the actual hall where the voting was taking place. Not sure whether that's wrong or not. Maybe I should nip back with 6 mins to go and see if he's still there...
