it depends upon your point of view
it could be saiid everything comes from consciousness, without awareness, there is no universe or machines. that machine was only created because it was first thought of. That machine is just part of the phenomenon. the noumenon is where it's at dude.
the human mind is pretty damned amazing and still a mystery . not to be dismissed so lighly
