It's pretty bad...
I thought hard about whether or not to post it - the man's clearly mentally ill.
...but given that he's going on about how big and clever he was to do all the drugs in the first place I feel perhaps a little less charitable towards him than might otherwise be the case.

Oh, I think you
were right to post it. I wonder if the drugs have sent him dotty, or he went dotty so thought the drugs were a good thing.
