You can that, whatever it is, it's moving FUCKING fast compared to the commercial aircraft around it.
Foreign aircraft? Unlikely. Most American incursions stop just short of the border, same with Russians coming into our airspace. They fuck off before crossing.

What gets me is that it is flying at exactly flight level 20,000 Meters all the time.
Prob some Russian secret plane flying in the atmosphere or a fake.
