I think you're wrong though
what would be more likely is that the people selling the dinner sets would put in an order for custom will & kate plates etc with a factory that already exsisted making normal plates in which case an extra one off order of say 500 plates would neither support thier business or break it if it ceased to exist. Same could be said of the delivery network likely royal mail or maybe a large private company such as DHL.
Your argument seems to be based on the assumption that all of the said infrastructure was produced in order to manufacture a fictional dinner set
