for some it's this episode of Bin Laden being killed and buried at sea in time for Obama's re election
for me personally, it was when tower 7 of the world trade centre collapsed like a controlled demolition into its own footprint at freefall speed without a plane hitting it.

They knew where Osama was hiding, and had done since September, but Obama held off pursuing it under the banner of "Intelligence Gathering" until the start of his re-election campaign.
Indeed, they probably did gather intelligence during that period, but the decision was Obamas and he made that decision when it was right for him.
Maybe.
Maybe they just went in and shot him.
