graffitii is designed to be transient...
the idea that just cos graffitti is good it should be preserved is bollocks... we have a system for perserving works of art already...
paint on canvass... and it might just last a while...
(although its never the writers that get thier panties in a bunch)
and besides... the cocks thing made me laugh... better to make people laugh
