My Grandad had a stroke,
He ended up a little like that. He talked in opposites, "No" meant yes etc. I think the actual term is called 'Aphasia'. It means that the brain makes the wrong links in language, if it's any help it can right itself naturally but it's quicker with therapy.
Hope she get's better soon.
