Most of the bigger creations you've seen
have been made using an outside source, like an inventory editor.

That's just cheating, in my book.
Though it does mean i dodn't have to spend all my time digging tunnels down to the lava layer to find stuff in future.

It's sacrificing legitimacy for efficiency, I guess.
The stuff I have here would have taken so, so much longer had I gathered the resources myself.
