We used to have them in Cambridge on a Friday/Saturday night and I thought they were quite handy
what with every public toilet being fucking closed after 4pm or something silly!
But then they were taken away... probably because the university complained that they didn't want the streets being used as a toilet, so instead people use the streets as a toilet.
