The skin/scalpel is just liquid latex painted onto my arm. When it dries and is peeled off you're left with a negative impression skin effect. The real key is to get the colouring correct. Then make up some fake blood and etc.

Yeah the blood looked
like it needed to be a bit darker maybe but the skin looked awesome. Awesome! That's two awesomes. Good v/o acting too. Plus references to early Lucas I see.
