If you want to save a bit of money....
These work very well and cost a lot less than the full on machine type electric contraptions:

Ive found one that is really bloody cheap actually, amazingly so infact. It works just like a normal bbq, just with a big compartment linked to it, no electronics or gas needed. Apparently a lot more economical and ecofriendly than normal bbqs, and most importantly just right for doing pulled pork sarnies :)
