Simple-but-addictive tanks game
Just found this - I used to play a very addictive game on my old Mac called Pocket Tanks. This is very similar but for PCs or Mac, and you play against online real foes.
Basically a nice little click 'n' boom game, an excellent timewaster.

Remarkably similar to an old flash game,
cunningly called 'Tanks'. Didn't have the unnecesarily long intro or require membership to play...
