reads around 16 mins. Is this time-to-launch or some other number?
EDIT: Oh ok...they're holding it for 40 mins at 9 minutes...why don't they just count down from 49?

Because the 40 minute bit varies from launch-to-launch
but the nine minutes needs to be tightly scripted
