Feels like it could go either way
It does look a bit abusive when the one girl has the boy come down off the settee and he takes a tumble and she appears to ignore him and just leaves him there but then again maybe there was a toy just off camera that he wanted and was playing with of his own accord. We can't see what he's doing.

On second viewing it is
abusive. I didn't really catch it before but the tall girl let's go of his hand to ensure that he falls forward.
