Fat cunts
Perhaps a lack of a free health service will increase people's self-reliance. These food dustbins no-longer have the safety cushion of the NHS having to do what they say. "I want a stomach clamp!", "give me liposuction", "let me have that flesh-eating virus!"
This has to be one of the unavoidable plusses of this otherwise bad thing.
