Also if you're going to a small butchers and not a supermarket ask him about the "specials" and wink when you do.

Something that tastes amazing but illegal.
Something that's not normally sold because people won't buy it but again tastes amazing.
Human meat.
A date..... then becoming human meat.
Working in a butchers for year was a bloody eye opener for me.
