it's
a legally recognised defintion of ethnic origin and as such can be racially discriminated against.
so to put into context to say all travellers are dishonest and chancers is no different to saying all blacks are lazy

Well that may be the case but I see it as a chosen lifestyle still.
But even if "traveller" is a race does any race race have the right to ignore U.k law?
Can we see the practice of female circumcision being allowed because it's culturally significant to a group?
