my firefox wouldn't run the explorer thingy
Said there was additional plugins needed, which it then failed to find.
Sorry its not a very technical bug report.

ah right...
The site does require silverlight in order to run. I'll have to tweak some html to make sure if no one has silverlight - that it does in fact give the link to install silverlight.
