This is a normal post I dip in and out of radio stations all day as I drive far more miles per year than the average.
Radio 4 is good for news & op-ed pieces but it can get too arty-farty for its own good. The comedy shows are, by and large, excellent. Radio 2 only has one daytime DJ worth listening to but the specialist evening music programmes can be good - not always though. Good thing is, if I don't like what's on the radio I just pop in a CD.
If you really want elitism, listen to radio 3. I mean, who REALLY likes opera?

This is a normal post I do about 100 miles a day just to get to and from work.
Radio 2 in the evening has some good stuff so long as you filter out Jamie Cullums voice.
