All it needed was the cry, 'Not both at the same time!' followed by the sounds of agony turning to ecstasy to take it into the 'Too far but we obviously don't give a fuck' realms of sick humour
Also I expected after he asked, 'why are you just standing watching!?' or some such his mate was gonna do some subtle self touching, but that's maybe just my sick mind, but I'm of the opinion if you're gonna go for sick laughs, ya gotta REALLY go for it, push it so far it goes from 'Oh please!' to 'OK you've just gone WAY too far beyond any good taste but I gotta admire you for having the balls to go for it and the intellligence to find a way to get away with it!' realms.
Thin ice to walk on tho, risky humour, don't show too much, don't use a hammer to crack a nut, but don't seem too scared to push it, y'know, can't worry about negative feedback too much, gotta risk a few slaps to get a few good guilty laughs off the more sick humour minded crowd!
