It's a good start
But the backing track doesn't do you any favors really.
Get yourself in a band mate. You voice has quite a rich tone and you could probably quite easily pull off some Paul Banks from Interpol or some Ian Curtis shit.
And maybe try doubling up on vocal tracks or come up with some harmony parts to sex it up a bit.
I don't really know if you'll get anything from this but I thought I'd leave you some feedback anyway.
