DO. NOT. GO. UP. THE. INSIDE. OF. LARGE. VEHICLES. ON. A. BICYCLE.
This is pretty much the leading cause of cyclists getting killed in cities. I'm not saying it's the cyclist's fault - just that we can all avoid these situations entirely with a tiny bit of caution from both parties.
