the most painful bit for me
was when we cut back to the presenter after interviewing the female GB cyclists who won gold and he immediately held up a massive wad of tissue paper proclaiming something like "I'm surprised I didn't just use all this"
my howl of laughter got me very dark looks from my fiance and future in laws.
