Does he have to now speed through the streets in a car with diplomatic plates and be bundled into the ambassadors private jet?
If he sets foot on anything not declared Ecuadorian diplomatic property can he be arrested? Is it like tag for grown ups now? He can be 'got' in between 'safes'?
