why on earth would you eat it? not even the fishermen on the boats keep them - they throw them back.

it's a lovely fish - succulent, fleshy, and with only one bone. Also known as Huss or Rock Salmon.
We eat it down south, but you can't find it in any fishmonger up north.

I'm a fisherman and love dogfish. I admit that I am a little alone in that... All the more for me :P
