And what is inside the tyres? Packed earth, which, with a little imagination, is a brick. So basically, we-hey, you've made a house, filled with lovely possibly toxic, ugly, smelly inconvenient shaped lumps in it.
It's almost as mad as bicycles made of wood, or talent shows. Just because it *can* be done...
