"I AM AWESOME!!!"
Used to work in a bookies, and we'd show American races like this to fill the gaps between more local stuff. A commentator like this guy, or maybe it was him, did the commentary on a similar race, but the winning horse I Am Awesome got him much more excited than the above. Really brightened up the day.
