This is a normal post As explained by Shaun Crawley later in the video, Sally Jaxx was talking about the 7" bed topper.
The humour arose due to the fact that it could be misconstrued in such a way that it would sound like Jaxx was suggesting that Crawley was unable to achieve and/or maintain an erection (LOL).
