Detailed satallite pictures of the earth
These are updated daily, hi resolution is available. better than google earth - because they were taken today or yesterday. Some of the shots arent exactly full UK either, still...
And no - you cant see your car parked outside work, but they are kinda purdy all the same

Taken earlier this week. Notice how close the plane trails in the sky look to the surface of the earth.

not that up to date
It might say 2011, but my old Volvo is still on the drive and I left that in Croatia in summer 2007!
