But I didn't understand it all. VDV, which they are promoting, are the Russian Airborne Troops. The spend some of their time prancing about Moscow in stripey jackets and playing in fountains. Two of them jumped the queue for a bus I was waiting for once. I decided not to comment, for fear of being beaten up.
