The Surf Sluts' New Album
Psychadelic Surf Punk Rock with a sense of humour, comparable to Cramps/Dead Kennedys in style, finally got around to getting their latest album ripped onto iTunes and gave it a listen, lovely stuff, 1000 miles away is epic (tho quite the oddest ending ever)!
They're friends of mine from York, I help out with their graphic work sometimes, and I honestly think this latest offering is their best stuff yet, mainly thanks to acquiring a brass section that has totally changed their sound!
If you like your music from a real band and just a teeny bit rough round the edges, give 'em a try, it's worth it just for the home made theremin...
