I too am an Okie and this comment must be from a cousin
I'm from Oklahoma and my kin folk sound EXACTLY like this and tell stories involving crazy ass stories like this involving the use of dynamite back in their younger days when they were blowing stumps out of the ground or burning brush and the wind changed on them. I close my eyes and Jimmy dialect sounds EXACTLY like my Okie family. "Still holding the wires with shit dripping off of him" or "I'd hit the gas all that'd happen is my tars would spin in that shit". Texans & Okies...salt of the earth
