Yesterday's Men - Awesome Grandeur of the Cosmic Cycle
Not mine, but a friend of mine's new (ish) album. I didn't realise he had a band back in Utrecht or that they had an album out for it as well.
Him and his friends spent 18 months in his bedroom (not continuously hopefully) recording this with a couple of microphones and a Hell Of A Lot of patience. The production values are incredibly high for a home recorded affair - especially something that he only admitted to me after buying him several pints to play one of his songs at an open mic night we were at.
It's free to download and listen to and has Dutch people singing about getting high. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.
