Was thinking something along these lines last night. I have regrets and wish I'd had the courage or wisdom to make some better choices, or to foresee the awful things that sometimes happened to people I loved.
However, i'm still here, walking around, healthy, with a job and a house and friends and family, and some nice cats. Life's not so bad, and where it went wrong, I can only blame myself, and I'll have to live with that. You have to dump the bitterness.
