Never!A piss-poor investment. Even owning both utilities at a cost of £300 will only ever return a max of £120 (if a double-six is thrown when landing). Owning stations is a far more preferable product, 4x stations = £400 rent AND there are four landing opportunities (double the utilities spread).
No. Even Whitechapel and Old Kent Road represent a far superior use of money. Cheap to build, with cheap but consistent rents.
Take this advice into life. Don't be fooled by simple, cheap-looking options, the long game is always better.
