Joe the Plumber is a friendHis name is Joe, and he's a Plumber; hence the name. He is colorful, but frequently homeless, and he tends to make bad, immature decisions. This last winter, his desire was to set his van on fire, in order to make a statement of some sort, but we persuaded him not to do so. Good thing, since he lives in it these days.
